Hall handed back to D&G Council

Control of the Cairnryan Village Hall has now passed back to owners, Dumfries & Galloway Council, on grounds of financial unsustainability, with all relevant assets (ie ownership of Defibs etc) passing to the Cairn Resilience Group.
